Our Process
The Wheel Class 10 step process has been developed in order to provide excellent results to your wheels everytime and ensure that your experience is as smooth as possible.
Step 1
We fully inspect the tyres, weights and valves before removing them from the wheel.
Step 2
Your wheels are chemically stripped, removing old flakes of paint and contaminants.
Step 3
Each wheel is fully checked for signs of corrosion and damage, then passed through the auto blaster for a good key for refinishing.
Step 4
The de-gassing and pre-heating process takes place to ensure preparation before coating.
Step 5
We apply the powder coating primer, inspect for smooth finish and cure in our oven.
Step 6
Now your wheels can be restored to original finish or you can choose a new style.
Step 7
We use our high grade lathe to diamond cut your wheels leaving a high shine finish.
Step 8
To provide an excellent finish and hard durable coating we apply a powder acrylic lacquer.
Step 9
We can now refit your tyres to the finished wheels, re-valve and balance them.
Step 10
We do a final quality check to all wheels, making sure we are 100% happy with the finish.
